Monday, Jan. 7

Boys and Girls Varsity Swimming. 3:30 p.m. At Leominster High School. Meet at Fitchburg State University, 160 Pearl St., Fitchburg.

Tuesday, Jan. 8

Boys Varsity Basketball. 7 p.m. Home against Northbridge High School. Tip-off is at Grafton High School, 24 Providence Road, Grafton.

Girls Varsity Basketball. 7 p.m. Away at Uxbridge High School, 62 Capron St., Uxbridge.

Wednesday, Jan. 9

Boys Varsity Hockey. 5:40 p.m. Away at Lunenberg High School. Meet at Wallace Center, 1000 John Fitch Highway, Fitchburg.

Well Adult/ Blood Pressure Clinic. 3:45 p.m. Sponsored by the Grafton Board of Health. Free. Meets at Forest Lane, Grafton. 

PAWSing to R.E.A.D. 5 p.m. For children in grades 1, 2 and 3, this program combines teaching reading skills with therapy dogs. Free. Meets at the Grafton Public Library, Grafton Common, Grafton.

Meditation Class. 7 p.m. Free. Meets at the New England Buddhist Vihara, 162 Old Upton Road, Grafton.

Thursday, Jan. 10

Grafton Special Education Parent Advisory Council. 7 p.m. The agenda will be an update on special education. Meets at the Grafton High School, 24 Providence Road, Grafton.

Friday, Jan. 11

Operation Friendship Dance. 7 p.m. For students in grades 6 to 8. Tickets are $7 per child. Meets in the municipal center gym, 30 Providence Road, Grafton.

Apple Tree Arts presents, "Little Mermaid Jr." 7 p.m.  A special adaptation of the classic Walt Disney tale, "The Little Mermaid," features 21 cast members from Grafton, Shrewsbury, Uxbridge and Northbridge. Tickets are $8 for adults, $5 for seniors & students, free for children 4 and younger. Grafton Middle School, 22 Providence Road, Grafton.
