GRAFTON, Mass.- There will be plenty of meetings and sports this week. The boys’ varsity football team will be under the Friday night lights against Auburn High School at Auburn. On Wednesday, you can get your chance to see the firehouse up close with an open house. Last, there will be a discussion on school bullying at North Street Elementary on Thursday.

Monday, October 22
Blood pressure clinic: The Town of Grafton will hold a well adult and free blood pressure clinic at the public nurse office in the Grafton Municipal Center, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
Adult book discussion group: Reference Librarian, Heidi Fowler, will lead a book discussion group for adults at 7:30 p.m. Stop by the library to sign up and check out a copy of this month's book: The Dark Lantern, by Gerri Brightwell. Girl Scout fundraiser: Pepperoni Express is hosting a fundraiser to benefit the Grafton Girl Scouts by donating a percentage of the day’s sales to defer cost of spring town-wide encampment.
Tuesday, October 23
LEOS Club meeting: The Grafton Lions Club will be holding an informational night for parents and students in the cafeteria at Grafton Middle School at 7p.m. Service projects can take place at any time, during school, nights or weekends, depending on the projects the group decides to take on. Varsity soccer: Grafton High School girls’ varsity soccer team will play Blackstone Valley Regional Tech. at 3:30 p.m. in Upton. The boys’ varsity soccer team will follow at 7 p.m.
Wednesday, October 24
Documentary Film at Community Barn: Community Harvest Project will celebrate Food Day 2012 with a free showing of the documentary, "What's On Your Plate?" which follows two 11-year-old children discovering where their food comes from. Free burritos and chips from Chipotle will be provided. 37 Wheeler Road.
Grafton Fire Department open house: Come to the main firehouse at 26 Upton Street to learn how a firehouse works and see demonstrations. Free.
Varsity soccer: Grafton High School boys’ varsity soccer team will play Auburn High School at home beginning 7 p.m.
Thursday, October 25
Program on Bullying and Cyber Bullying: North Street Elementary School will be hosting an outreach program on bullying and cyber bullying at 6:30 p.m. in the cafeteria.
