What To Do This Weekend In Grafton

GRAFTON, Mass. -- Winter sports continue with boys' and girls' basketball.  Apple Tree Arts also will present two showings of "Little Mermaid, Jr." while the boys' high school football team will host a pancake breakfast Saturday morning. Friday, Jan. 11

Driver's Education Registration. Now until Jan. 14. Classes start Jan. 15 for 10 sessions. Applications are at the high school office. $65. Call Kimberly Snyder at 508-839-5855 for more information. 

Girls' Varsity Basketball. 6 p.m. Home against Tantasqua Regional High School, 24 Providence Road, Grafton. 

Operation Friendship Dance. 7 p.m. For students in grades 6-8. Meets at the municipal center gym, 30 Providence Road, Grafton. $7. 

Apple Tree Arts presents, "Little Mermaid, Jr." 7 p.m. In the middle school auditorium, 22 Providence Road, Grafton. $8 for adults, $5 for seniors and students, free for children 4 and younger.

Saturday, Jan. 12

Breakfast With The Division IV Superbowl Champions. 8 a.m. At the high school, 24 Providence Road, Grafton. Adults and children older than 12: $10, senior citizens and children younger than 12: $ 5.

Electronics and Styrofoam Recycling. 9 a.m. to noon. Drive up with your old electronic junk to the back of the municipal center, 30 Providence Road, Grafton. Price varies. 

Apple Tree Arts presents, "Little Mermaid, Jr." 7 p.m. In the middle school auditorium, 22 Providence Road, Grafton. $8 for adults, $5 for seniors and students, free for children 4 and younger. This is the second performance. 

Sunday, Jan 13

New England Patriots vs. Houston Texans. 4:30 p.m. Stop by one of several Grafton pubs and enjoy watching the game while enjoying a cold one, nachos, wings or a burger.
