2 Grafton Residents Earn Academic Honors At UMass

GRAFTON, Mass. – Two Grafton residents have been recognized for academic achievement at the University of Massachusetts. 

Eric Browne of North Grafton was named to the chancellor's list at UMass Dartmouth for the fall 2012 semester for earning a grade point average of 3.8 or higher.

UMass Dartmouth is a 9,500-student, 45,000-alumni campus that prides itself on connecting student learning to discovery and civic engagement and preparing graduates to shape the social and economic fabric of their communities.

Samantha Gilchrist of North Grafton made the fall 2012 dean's list at at UMass Boston.

UMass Boston's nine colleges and graduate schools serve nearly 16,000 students while engaging local, national and international constituents through academic programs, research centers and public service activities.
