GRAFTON, Mass.-Here is a list of what is open and closed on Presidents' Day:

Trash Collection: No pick up Monday, delayed one day the rest of the week.

Municipal Center: Closed.

Schools: Closed. 

Library: Closed.

MBTA: Commuter rail will operate on a Saturday schedule.

Retail Stores: Open at the owner’s discretion. Stop & Shop is open normal hours.

Convenience Stores: Open at owner's discretion.

Banks: Closed.

Post offices: Closed.

In all fairness to Mr. Price - are these "Whats Open" articles actually useful in their current state? Anybody could tell you that government offices, schools, libraries, and post offices are closed on federal holidays. It would be very, very useful if Mr. Price were to call around to various Convenience and Retail Stores to determine the hours for the holiday and then post them, instead of making the reader do the leg work.
