MILFORD, Mass. – Regina Lukaswewicz Drugan, formerly of Milford, died Jan. 26 at Greenbriar Nursing Home in Nashua, N.H. She was 94.
Born Nov. 26, 1918, in Grafton, Drugan graduated from Becker College and worked as an accountant for many years. She was married to Henry J. Drugan, who predeceased her. She and her husband lived in Milford from 1941 to 1976.
They owned the Dairy Queen in Milford from 1955 to 1970 and started the Boy Scouts and the Girl Scouts chapters in Milford.
Drugan is survived by a son, Peter (Nancy) Drugan, of Lewisville, N.C.; a daughter, Dorothy Harlow, of Fort Pierce, Fla.; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two nieces. She was predeceased by a sister, Gladys Leurie.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at James E. Kellett and Son Funeral Home in Milford. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church in Milford. Burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Milford.
