Grafton Police Log: Alcohol And Reckless Driving Arrests

GRAFTON, Mass. – The Grafton Police released their log, which contained the following items:

Friday, Jan. 18

At 4:53 p.m., police responded to a call on Worcester Street and are seeking a summons to charge three people:  Mitchell Deveney, 21, of 13 Jay St., Grafton, on charges of selling, furnishing and delivering alcoholic beverages to a minor; Dylan J. Guyer, 18, of 8 Carroll Manor, Grafton, for being a person under the age of 21 in possession of liquor; and Erik A. Henningson, 18, of 25 Waterville St., Grafton, of being a person under the age of 21 in possession of liquor. 

Sunday, Jan. 20

At 1:24 a.m., police and the Fire Department responded to a call for a passenger trapped in a rolled over vehicle on North Main Street. David Keener, 31, of 12 Cross St., Grafton, was rushed to the hospital with injuries. He was charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, and speeding, police said.
