Thursday, Nov. 15
7:56 p.m. Grafton Police responded to a call of assault on Harding Street and are seeking a summons to charge Kristen Dubois, 38, of 13 Harding St., Apt. 7, Grafton, with assault with a dangerous weapon.
Friday, Nov. 16
1:59 a.m. Grafton Police stopped a motor vehicle at the corner of North Main and Perry streets and arrested Kerry S. Haley, 41, of 9 Candlewood Way, Shrewsbury. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. It was her second offense.
8:15 p.m. Grafton Police stopped a motor vehicle on Worcester Street and charged a person under age 18 with possession of liquor by person under 21, false use or misuse of a liquor ID card or license, and being a person under 21 procuring liquor.
Sunday, Nov. 18
1:13 p.m. Grafton Police responding to a domestic violence call on Poplar Street arrested Neerav Padliya, 34, of 26 Poplar St., Grafton, on charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness. The charges were dismissed in December 2012.
