Grafton Police Log: Charge Of Intimidating A Witness

GRAFTON, Mass. -- Grafton Police Department released their Feb. 2 police log with the following charge:

At 1:38 a.m., Grafton Police responded to a call at the corner of Bernard Road and Logan Path. They arrested Joshua M. Gardner, 23, of 90 Gilbert Street, Apt. 2, North Brookfield, and charged him with use of a motor vehicle without authority and intimidating a witness.
