GRAFTON, Mass.-The Grafton Community Television has posted a rebroadcast of the Jan. 3 selectmen meeting that fielded questions and comments from residents about the Grafton & Upton Railroad's plan for a propane transfer terminal on Westborough Road.
The meeting will also be broadcast on local access channel 12 on Charter Cable, and channel 33 on the Verizon Fios Network on the following days:
Jan.14, 15: 4 p.m.
Jan. 18: 3 p.m.
Jan. 20: 9 a.m.
In December, Grafton issued a cease-and-desist order to Jon Delli Priscoli the owner, saying the railroad has not proven federal pre-emption status from local laws. Delli Priscoli argued otherwise.
A judge in federal court is hearing the case beginning Tuesday.
