MILLBURY, Mass. — Blackstone Valley Tech will host a college financing presentation Thursday, Nov. 8, at 6:30 p.m. in the cafeteria of school’s 65 Pleasant St. campus in Upton.
The Massachusetts Educational Financing Authority, the commonwealth’s resource on planning, saving and paying for college, will coordinate the seminar to provide this valuable information to the families of college-bound students. This free event is open to the public, and families from throughout the region are encouraged to attend. No registration is necessary.
MEFA will provide an overview of the financial aid process, reviewing the types of financial aid, how to apply for financial aid and information on determining financing options for your family. For more information, see www.mefa.org/seniors.
