GRAFTON, Mass. - The Grafton Tigers cricket team has claimed its 13th win in 17 games after a game against the Shrewsbury II team Sunday at Airport Field.

The Tigers won the toss  and decided to ball first. The bowlers once again had an awesome performance, bowling out the Shrewsbury team in 56 runs in 18 over. Milind Kale and Ajay Mehta shared 3-3 wickets each and other bowlers supported them well and stopped them at 56 runs.

This was an easy score to chase and Grafton Tigers batsmen achieved this score without losing any wickets to win the game by 10 wickets. Ajay Dubey was the highest scorer and made 28 runs in 29 balls.

Match winning performances were Ajay Mehta, Milind Kale and Ajay Dubey.

This will give you good idea about cricket, and you can also stop by on Sat morning at ferry st between7:30AM-9:30AM and will happy to share more information..

As well as we are doing kids cricket event on Aug 26 (airport ground) between 8:30AM-10:30Am and this will be anothe opprtunity to learn about cricket. Anyone can come and enjoy the kids cricket game.

I think it's great that we have a cricket team now, I just need to figure out how this game works. I also like the fact that the team is called the Tigers since South Grafton used to have a Mill baseball team called the Polish Tigers. GO TIGERS!
