A multi-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer and several passenger vehicles was reported around 4:30 p.m. near mile marker 76 in Dauphin County, PennDOT spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler said. Southbound traffic was detoured from Exit 77 to Exit 72 as crews responded.
