Arrest Made In Warinanco Park Killing, Prosecutor Says A Linden man has been arrested in the Warinanco Park killing of a 29-year-old man last weekend, authorities said. Gerald O. Walker, 47, shot Sakiir Manns, also of Linden, at the park in Roselle around 7:50 p.m. on Sunday, May 19, the county prosecutor's office said. Manns was found dead at the scene and Walker surrendered to the Elizabeth Police Department on Friday, May 24, authorities said. He's charged with one count of first-degree murder, one count of second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and one count of second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon. This…

Theresa Karbach, 69, of Cherry Hill, died as a result of injuries from the crash in Lawnside on May 13 at about 9:30 p.m., according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay. Anwar Parham, 29, of North Wales, PA, was charged with death by auto, driving with a suspended license and assault by auto, MacAulay said. David Ernesto Cuevas Maldonado, of Springfield, fled to El Salvador after sexually assaulting his victim, a stranger, at a home on Commerce Street in Springfield on Oct. 21, 2013, county police announced on Friday, May 24. Man Rapes Girl Under 15 In Woodbridge, Police Say A 36-year-old man is accused of raping a girl under 15 years old in northern Virginia, police said. Dennis William Caballero Mejia, of Woodbridge, was at a house on Gloucester Court with the victim on May 21 when he prevented the girl from leaving a room and sexually assaulted her, Prince William County police said. The girl was able to separate herself from Mejia and contact police. Mejia was charged with rape and abduction and held without bond, police said.
