Motorcycle Operator Killed In Single-Vehicle Lynnfield Accident: Police A man died in a single-motorcycle accident reported by multiple 911 calls, officials say.  The crash occurred around 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13 in the area of 340 to 360 Chestnut Street, according to the Lynnfield Police Department.
