Water Main Break Forces Closure Of Busy Shopping Center In Port Chester A busy shopping center in Westchester County was forced to shut down after a water main break disrupted operations. The Village of Port Chester announced on Wednesday, April 16, that the Gateway Shopping Center on Boston Post Road has closed all of its stores due to the break.
