Support Swells After Two Sisters Killed In Millville Fire Valery Mariana Cardona Gómez, 13 and her 11-year-old sister Gissel Samanta Cardona Gómez, were killed in a massive fire in Millville that began on the evening of Wednesday, April 9, according to a fundraiser set up to support the family. The fire began in the 300 block of South 4th Street by Railroad Avenue, Mayor Benjamin Romanik said in a statement. Pennsauken Man Uploaded Child Porn To Snapchat: Camden County Prosecutor A 20--year-old Pennsauken man was arrested and charged on Tuesday, April 8 after he uploaded child pornography to Snapchat, authorities said. Detectives began investigating Nathaniel Martinez's Snapchat account following a cyber tip from the National Center of Missing & Exploited Children, the Camden County Prosecutor's Office said. Martinez also uploaded child sexual abuse material to a Telegram account, authorities said. Martinez was taken into custody and remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility, authorities said.

Maplewood Man At Large After Exposing Himself At Library: Berkeley Heights PD A 43-year-old Maplewood man is at large after he exposed himself to a woman at the Berkeley Heights Public Library, authorities said. On Wednesday, Feb. 26, Samorio South engaged in lewd behavior while seated at a computer station inside the library, Berkeley Heights police, said. Juvenile Airlifted After Dirt Bike Struck By Vehicle: Raritan PD A juvenile riding a dirt bike was airlifted to a hospital after being struck by a vehicle in Raritan on the evening of Saturday, April 12, authorities said. New York Car Thief Arrested In Palisades Park: Police A 29-year-old New York man was arrested in Palisades Park early Monday morning, April 14, for stealing a car from the Bronx, authorities said. At 3 a.m., officers were on patrol at Broad Avenue and Brinkerhoff Terrace when they observed a black Jeep Liberty being operated by a man, later identified as Jimmy Barrera, wearing a black ski mask, Palisades Park police said. The vehicle had been stolen an hour prior from the Bronx and Barrea was taken into custody and charged with unlawfully taking of means of conveyance, police said.

Person Killed, Ejected From Car After Crashing Into Brick Wall: Newark PD A driver was killed in a fatal crash in Newark on the afternoon of Sunday, April 13, authorities said. At 5:30 p.m., Newark police and firefighters responded to the 600 block of Frelinghuysen Avenue after a car crashed into a brick wall and caught fire, Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda said. Trespasser Fatally Struck By Train In Wayne: NJ Transit A woman was fatally struck by a train in Wayne on Saturday, April 12, authorities said. At 2:57 p.m., a Montclair Boonton Line train, struck and fatally injured the woman, who was trespassing, east of the Wayne Route 23 Transit Center, NJ Transit said. DWI Driver Drove Recklessly: Mt Olive PD A 40-year-old Budd Lake man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on the afternoon of Thursday, April 10, authorities said. At 12:21 p.m., officers observed a GMC pickup truck traveling west on Route 46 fail to maintain its lane, Mount Olive police said. The driver, Drew Monarque, was pulled over and officers detected an odor of alcohol on his beverage, police said. Following field sobriety testing, Monarque was placed under arrest, police said. He was charged with DWI, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane and failure to possess an insurance card, police said.
