Dover Man Robbed Store: Denville PD A 30-year-old Dover resident was arrested and charged with robbery on Saturday, Jan. 25 in Denville, authorities said. At 1:49 p.m., officers responded to the Union Hill Shopping Center on a report of an armed robbery, Denville police said. The suspect, Raul Green, was found with a large wad of cash, which he had taken from a retail store, police said. Green was ultimately arrested for robbery of the store and attempted robbery of additional stores, police said. No weapons were found on Green's person, police said. This incident is still under investigation, police said.

Cape May Man Threw Shovel At Police, Made Threats: Wildwood Police A 60-year-old Cape May County man was arrested and charged after he threatened employees and threw a shovel at Wildwood police on Friday, Jan. 24, authorities said. At 6 p.m., officers responded to a store on the 300 block of Rio Grande Avenue on a report of a man, later identified as Ronald Norbeck threatening employees, Wlldwood police said. Norbeck screamed at the officers to not come any closer and that he had a gun, police said. At 11:01 a.m., a 2024 Black Kia Forte, driven by Kris VanBuskirk, collided with a 2012 Ford F-250 on Route 34 and Airport Blvd. in Wall Township, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago said. Powerball Ticket Sold At Trenton Market Wins Big It was a sensational Saturday for a Powerball player in Trenton. A Powerball ticket sold in New Jersey's capital matched four numbers plus the red Powerball in the drawing held on Saturday, Jan. 25, winning $50,000. Driver Airlifted After Crashing Into Truck On Route 78: Njsp A 41-year-old Ridgefield Park man had to be airlifted after crashing into a truck on Route 78 in Hunterdon County on the morning of Sunday, Jan. 26, authorities said. At 4:36 a.m., a tractor trailer was stopped on the right shoulder on Route 78 East in Clinton Township when a Ford Explorer struck its rear, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. The driver of the Ford sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to an area hospital, Lebron said. The crash remains under investigation, Lebron said.
