Miller, who was more well-known as Tattoo Tom, founded the StillBrave Childhood Cancer Foundation as a single dad, in honor of his daughter, Shayla. Pedro Bernal Montoya, 43, of New Jersey, and Antonio Ramos Acevedo, 33, of New York, watched as the victim took out $10,000 from a Springfield, VA bank on March 21, at 3:13 p.m., Fairfax County police said. Police were called to the 14600 of Route 29 in Centreville around 9:30 a.m. where they found one man dead with a gunshot wound and another seriously wounded, FCPD Capt. Kent Bailey said.
