3 Evacuated From Burning Residential Building In Oceanside Three occupants of a Long Island residential building were evacuated after a blaze broke out early in the morning. A Nassau County Police officer saw was on routine patrol in Oceanside and saw smoke coming from the corner of a building on Oceanside Road at about 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 9, NCPD reported.
