Fatal E-Bike Crash: Victim ID'd Following Pedestrian Collision In Long Beach A man who was struck and killed by an e-bike on a Long Island roadway was identified days later. Barry Spigner, 68, of Long Beach, died following the collision on East Park Avenue in Long Beach on Friday, April 11, Nassau County Police said. Spigner was walking westbound on East Park Avenue when he was struck by an E-Bike traveling southbound on Riverside Boulevard at around 9 p.m., as Daily Voice reported.
