16-Year-Old Boy From Hudson Valley Has Been Missing 3 Days Authorities are asking for help in locating a missing teenager from the Hudson Valley. Sullivan County resident Edward Koskey, 16, of Liberty, was last seen on Saturday, April 12, according to the New York State Missing Persons Clearinghouse. Koskey was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with his last name written on the back, and black sweatpants with the word “wrestling” written in yellow. Motorcyclist Killed In 2-Vehicle Crash In Colonie; Police Seeking Witnesses A motorcyclist was killed following a two-vehicle crash in the Capital Region. The Albany County wreck happened in Colonie, near the intersection of Loudon Road and Grove Lane, at around 4:45 p.m. Monday, April 14. Emergency crews arrived to find a motorcycle that had collided with a passenger vehicle in the roadway, Colonie Police said. Colonie EMS provided life-saving measures to the motorcyclist, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
