Jury Selection Resumes For Middletown Man Accused Of Killing Infant Son GOSHEN, N.Y. – Jury selection will continue on Tuesday for the trial of a Middletown man accused of killing his 2-month-old son last year, according to the Times Herald Record.  Michael Heil, 27, is facing two counts of second-degree murder as well as one count of first-degree and second-degree manslaughter stemming from the death of his son Zachary in August 2016.
