Police Involved Shooting In Newark: Prosecutor An officer involved shooting occurred in Newark on the evening of Thursday, March 27, authorities said. The shooting occurred at West Bigelow Street and Hunterdon Street, the Essex County Prosecutor's Office said. Authorities did not say how many people were shot or their condition.
