Woman Critical After Newark Stabbing, Man Arrested: Police A woman is in critical condition after being stabbed in Newark on Saturday, March 29, authorities said. At 9:42 p.m., police responded to Vailsburg Terrace and Linden Avenue and found a woman stabbed by a man she knows, Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda said.
